Now the company has been equipped with φ10m, φ8m, φ5m, φ3.5m, φ2.5m 10-unit vertical lathes, φ8m, φ6.3m, φ5m, φ2.5m 8-unit hobbing machines, φ6.3m×18m, φ5 m×15m , φ4.5m×15m, φ4.0m×14m 5-unit floor lathes, 4-unit rolling submerged arc automatic welding equipments with the carrying capacity of 100t-200t-300t, φ6.5m×16m annealing furnace, 4-unit CO2 gas shielded are welding equipments, 6-unit roller plate bending machines manufacturing the material with width of 120mm, 90mm, 75mm, 40mm, and other tools and tackles. All kinds of crane plants whose capacity is between 20t and 150t and 210-unit engineer machineries can meet the process and manufacture requirements of the kiln and the ball mill with the diameter under 6m. In order to improve the product quality further, the company strictly carries out the ISO 9001 Quality Control System, and performs the scientific administration. Raw material performance test, chemical element analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector and other equipments are adopted to examine strictly the raw material and the product.
