Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd is 15th series national mechanic and electric products exporting base. The register asset is 51,385,900RMB, total asset is 368 million RMB, land area is 250000 square meters, solid asset is 99.31 million RMB, mainly producing new type of dry process cement rotary kiln with capacity of 8000PTD and lower ones. The “Pengfei” rotary kiln has 9 patents, after getting the honors of Jiangsu Famous Product and Jiangsu Famous Brand, it got the honor of Chinese Famous Brand Product in 2007. It has 8 hobbing machines, 6 of which are above 5m in diameter and the largest in 10m in diateter; it has 12 vertical lathe, and largest rotary process diameter is 10meters; floor lathe 8 sets: Φ6.3×18m2sets，Φ5×15m3sets，Φ4.6×15m3sets; 36 sets of 50t-150t large-size crane; a 6.5×16m annealing furnace; and 650 sets of varied physical-chemical analyzer, flaw detector, test equipment, with the capacity of process and production ofΦ-6m cement rotary kiln. “Pengfei” brand rotary kiln have taken 26.5% of Chinese kiln market, being the second largest in the line of cement machine, to be honored as the “Dragon head of Chinese Cement Machinery”.
Pengfei Company enhance the cooperation with Nanjing cement industrial design institution, and continually manufactured 10 sets of Φ5×74m rotary kiln, largest cement rotary kiln in China (completely home made), in application for 6000tpd cement plant. Its customers are Taiwan Cement Yingde plant, 1-4# 4 sets, Fujian homemade industrial Cement Co., Ltd, 2 sets, Taiwan Cement Guiguang plant, 1-4# 4 sets, which had been checked by national building material mechanical products quality test center, proving to be with international leading level and the feedback of work condition from the customers are very good. The company has accepted the manufacture of numbers of cement rotaries from companies at home, such as Nanjing Dazhi, Hubei Xinhua, Hebei Luquan, Fujian Chunchi, Zhejiang Shaoxing, Hulan Cenzhou, Guangdong Ningjiang etc, a series of cement rotary kilns.
The company cooperated with Hefei Cement Industry Research Institution, researched and designed the PLC、PLD、PLEF, 4 Φ4.3×64m rotary kilns for exporting to Pakistan LUKY Cement Plant, and have sent 26 persons
Zhangping Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd, the large-size civil enterprise, is established by the investment of Hongshi Group. Hongshi Group is a mainly cement producing large-size enterprise group, with asset amount to 3billions RMB, and 3 new dry process plants with capacity of 2500t/d, 4 new dry process plants with capacity of 5000t/d, annual production capacity amount to 14.5 million tons. The clinker production ability continuously to be leading 10 in China and the cement production ability is the second in Zhejiang province.
To further the main competition of the enterprise, positively taking part in the economy district construction in the west of the strait, according to the policy of contracture adjustment of national cement line, largely using the ample resource, convenient transportation, good district advantages of Zhangping City, the group decided to establish large-size new type dry cement production base with capacity of 4 million tons per year in Xiyuan town of Zhangping City. This base will establish two 5000t/d new types dry process plants, with total investment 1 billion, adapting national leading new type dry process and the key equipment will be imported from aboard. The project will be divided into 2 periods. First period will firstly establish a 5000t/d plant, and after completion, it will produce 2 million tons cement, realize 0.5 billion RMB sale value, 0.1 billion RMB tax, which can give good economic and social effect.
From the plan of the first period project in 2006, it has been correctly instructed by Zhangping government and commission and great support of relative department. The main machine equipment rotary kiln and rolling mill are provided by Jiangsu Pengfei Group. And under the support of mass technical people and workers’ hard working, overcoming the difficult of rainy and transportation in the construction, the plant was finally successfully put into operation. In Vietnam and Bangladesh: the company has accept the production of cement plant for Vietnam Kaisha Cement Factory, Vietnam Shanluo Cement Factory, Vietnam Liangshan Cement Factory, Vietnam X519 Factory, Bangladesh Luopa Cement Factory, Bangladesh Wotema Cement Factory, Bangladesh East Cement Factory etc. To the end of 2006, the Pengfei Group has produced foreign rotary kilns projects for 40 sets in all.
