PMG series high efficient ball mill Model PMG series high efficient ball mill have been designed with the merits of open circuit grinding system and important renovations on traditional ball mills. Besides they have all the good advantages of open circult mills,production capacity has been raised substantially, product becomes super fine and blains have been increased.It has provided a new type of grinding equipment for producing high strength grade cement with high output and super finess. Model PMG ball mill has adopted special intergrate diaphragm and discharge grate to adjust material levels of every chamber so as to increase air ventilation and improve conditions inside mill; meanwhite it has also used new type of lining plate ,regulated mill rotation speed, optimized design of bearings so as to increase its operational stability,use life and grinding efficiency.After being put into practice, it is proved that its output has been increased about 20% and unit product power consumption has been reduced 10%-12% down under the conditions that other parameters have not been changed by comparison to other same sized ball mill. PRM type Roller Mill cutting, extruding, crushes and grinds the material on abrasive disc., via that 3 symmetric rotational rollers rotate complying with abrasive disc under high pressure. Its special shape design of rollers and material layout grinding technology greatly reduces the power consumption per unit, and it is widely used in Building Industry, Metallurgy Industry, and Chemical Industry, etc. for grinding process. PRM type Roller Mill could be used together with ball mill composing circle pre-grinding, circle classification pre-grinding and final grinding system. Power consumption of integrated grinding decreased as 30%-40%, and the output increased as 50%-100%. That is to say it implements the achievement of energy saving, emission reduction, high efficiency grinding, high output and low consumption, possessing higher economical & social benefits. PRM type Vertical Roller Mill is mainly composed of Motor, Reducer, Abrasive Disc, Roller, Hydraulic Pressure Device, Lubricating device and so on. Material enter into centre of abrasive disc through the loading tank and it is thrown into grinding zone with the centrifugal force due to rotating of abrasive disc, then it is extruded and grinded by rollers under pressure. Material after grinding will fall into lower part of mill’s shell via outer circle of abrasive disc, and then it is scraped into discharging tank. Characteristics of System Processing: 1. Rollers not only utilize forced lubricated oil feeding method to prevent powder filtering into bearings, but also take use double sealing structure of forced ventilating air seal and reinforced seal. 2. Scaleboard of abrasive disc and roller’s surface utilize High chromium cast iron, which has long useful life (>30000Hr) and is easy to change. 3. Reducer takes use Hydrostatic Pressure Lubrication System, implements sensor monitoring of pressure and temperature of oil of thrust shoe, which could ensuring a stable operation. 4. Hydraulic oil station utilizes batching, servo working way, sets up advanced servo monitoring components, tests the operating status of the equipments continuously, improves working condition of the system and extends the useful life of the components. 5. The output increasing and consumption decreasing are obvious. Utilizing the grinding process of this equipment implements the extending application of the new extruding and cutting force grinding technology, so the grinding effect is much better than that of current rolling machine. Meanwhile this process could increase the cement raw mill producing capacity as 100% and cement clinker producing capacity as 50%, and it could decrease power consumption as 30%-40%.
